After-sales service is not performed if:

·         the warranty card is lost or is not filled out

·         the equipment was delivered to the territory of the Russian Federation informally

·         the product has signs of mechanical damage or opening

·         factory seals are broken

·         operating, transportation or storage conditions have been violated

·         repair was carried out not by the staff of the authorized service center

·         non-original component parts were used
