Electronic security sealing system

Electronic security sealing system:

Electronic security sealing system

The complex consists of:

  • Subscriber terminal
  • Filler hatch tilt sensor
  • Fuel level sensor
  • ID Reader
  • Electric lock
  • Light indication
  • Mifare IDs for filling station employees

The complex developed by the specialists of the Group of Companies "Navigator" allows to:

  • Track the hatch position of each filler neck;
  • Track the fuel level in each tank section;
  • Identify the employee opening the access box;
  • Сontrol opening / closing of the access box;
  • Inform the filling station employee about emergency situations in each tank section;
  • Block the possibility of fuel draining beyond authorized geozones and by unauthorized employees;
  • Control the fuel level in the tank and other parameters of the tractor (CAN-bus).

System functions

The transport automated control system is a set of hardware and software that allow performing the following functions:

1. Planning of vehicles operation:

  • traffic scheduling - the established time sequence of the route;
  • charging - establishing a connection between the route, the schedule, the vehicle and the driver;
  • traffic route creation (a route is a set of areas, such as a road, stops, an agricultural field, a container platform, etc.);
  • controlled parameters setting, fuel consumption rate, maximum permitted speed.

2. Transport dispatching - on-line monitoring of the performed tasks, transport parameters, implemented as a reaction to deviations.

3. Summing up, as a rule, includes accounting and analysis of work in the context of the set tasks, the driver, the vehicle and their groups: :

  • refueling and draining, taking into account identification of the vehicle, drivers;
  • trips made;
  • mileage;
  • moto hours of operation;
  • idle time;
  • driving speed.

System application effect:

  • fuel consumption reduction by 15-30%;
  • reduction of costs for vehicle depreciation by 10-25%;
  • increase of vehicle use efficiency by 10-25%;
  • increase of involved personnel efficiency by 5-16%;
  • exception of vehicle misuse by 100%.

Interface:

Besides the status of fuel level sensors and tilt sensors, the user receives information from the tractor's CAN bus:

  • Car mileage
  • Fuel level in the tank
  • Fuel Consumption
  • Load on the axle, etc.

The information on protection state (if the tank is sealed or removed from the sealing) for each tank section is also available.Interface

The system records all visits to geozones (loading zone, draining zone, bases, etc.) and sensors state at each time point.

Interface-2

All the tractors with the current status (fuel loading, fuel draining at the gas station, fuel transportation, idle time, if it is on the base, emergency triggering of sensors, etc.) can be displayed to the user, also a history of the sensors status for any period of time is available.
