SESPEL Bitumen Tankers SF3B38 released in 2014 have a record capacity 38 m3. Respectively the machinery carrying capacity reaches 38 tons. Bitumen Trailers are optimal for use on various Russian roads: of the first, second and third categories. Their passability is acheived thanks to reinforced axles ECOPlus 2 from German brand BPW.

The bitumen tankers are intended for transportation of dark petroleum products. Among them are bitumen, crude oil, fuel oil, resinous oils. You can transport any substance with density up to 1 ton per cubic meter. and temperature up to 200 degrees.

The machinery dimensions are 10.9 x3, 525 x 3.77 m with total weight 46.2 tons. The material used for production is low-alloy steel 09G2S, with thickness from 4 mm. As a cover there serves thermal insulating layer 15 cm thick and stainless steel 0.8 mm. The machinery structure type is self-supporting, the tractor has 6x4 wheel arrangement. There are available oil tanks.

The tank is fitted with a manhole DN500, a supporting device and a kingpin JOST. The trailer brake system is WABCO. At the request of the customer, Sespel specialists may additionally fit the bitumen tanker with Russian and European components - thermometers, lighting elements, kingpins, wheel blocks, pumping equipment.
