The Semi-trailer Grain Truck DB4U45 is intended for transportation of light and bulky cargoes of grain crops (wheat, rye, rice, oats, corn, etc.) for medium and long distances. For transportation of the semitrailer there can be used any Russian or foreign tractors ( MAZ, MAN, SCANIA, etc.) with 4x2, 6x4 wheel arrangement. The semitrailer allows to transport up to 60 cubic meters of product, it has a low own weight. The carrying capacity of the semitrailer is 28 050 kg. The total weight is 8750 kg.

The body of rectangular section is made of aluminum profiles with high wear resistance 20-40 mm thick, welded on automatic equipment. The grain truck frame is designed for heavy-duty operation, it is made of aluminum alloy with high structural strength, consists of two longitudinal strengthened seamless side rails, which are interconnected by transverse beams.

The running gear of the semi-trailer is four-axle with air suspension manufactured by BPW (Germany), the warranty is provided by BPW for up to 3 years. Double-circuit braking system WABCO equipped with TEBS (2S / 2M) system with Roll Stability Support function. The Semi-trailer Grain Truck DB4U60 is equipped with individual PVC fenders. The fifth-wheel height is from 1150 to 1250 mm.
